A collection of thoughts.

Recently i have come across many thoughts and rambles i have wanted to share, so instead of posting numerous posts i thought i would collate them in to one big mash up of my current loves and finds.

Matthew Williamson for Laduree

Matthew Williamson has announced that during LFW from September 16th to 26th, he will be collaborating with the famous, luxury macaroon bakers Laduree Paris to celebrate the wonders that fashion week brings. Williamson has designed a rather snazzy butterfly printed box to house the tasty macaroons, of which will be available to purchase exclusively at the London Laduree, in their soon-to-open stand alone store in Covent Garden. Although i am yet to try a macaroon, they look more like an array of colourful puff of air, intriguing. No doubt, a wonderful and tasty way to celebrate LFW!

Sarah Jessica Parker for Vogue

Sarah Jessica Parker shot by none other than Mario Testino for US Vogue, accompanied by her adorable twin girls Marion and Tabitha. For being surprisingly private about her family, i was delighted to see these fun-filled fashion spreads. Those lucky little ladies really have no idea what a stylish yummy mummy they have, and how many fabulous Manolos they will soon have in their reach. Parker looks equally stunning next to her husband Matthew Broderick. The cover line 'The Age Issue' takes me back and brings a smile to my face to the SATC film where Carries poses in that infamous Westwood wedding dresse in the Vogue feature Brides of all Ages.

Marc Jacob Latest Ads

Marc Jacobs always comes up trumps with his latest ad campaigns, my personal favourite being the iconic shot of Victoria Beckham having fallen in to a MJ shopper. This season is no disappointment, with the startingly young and beatiful Elle Fanning and the over eccentric Helena Boham Carter. What a strange but wonderful mix, what wonderful way to show MJ as its best. I adore the blank white filled page, with the random photograph, that instantly shouts, in that fine blunt font, Marc Jacobs.

Lila Grace

Forget that disgraced Galliano dress and blue-soled Choo's, or the star-studded muddy Hen party at Glastonbury (not forgetting the pink hummers), or even the A-List wedding that lasted three days, most notably dubbed Mosstock. Move aside Mrs and Mr Moss; for the true beauty was Miss Lilia Grace, Moss's eight year old daughter with Dazed and Confused founder Jefferson Hack. Her angelic whisical dainty features reminds me of Moss in her younger years, a fresh sixteen year old Kate straight from the streets of good old Croydon. You can bet your bottom dollar that Lila Grace will certainly be one to watch for the future, you mark my words!

LC Style

Newly single Lauren Conrad is back full force promoting her new Crown & Glory range, of which i pay no attention to as it won't be gracing British shores for a long time yet, if ever. However, i was delighted to spot that her Style book - of which i have simply been meaning to buy forever - was perched on the sale stand of WHSmiths for a steal-worthy price of £5.99! Time to indulge my inner fan-girl.

The Passage

I picked up The Passage by Justin Cronin on a whim, and i'm so pleased i did. This thriller sci-fi is one of must-reads for the summer (i will re-read books over & over), it is so well written and unbelievable gripping, cue a few nightmares in tow. Set in the not too distant future, the plot resolves around a young child named Amy, who goes on to save the world from a deadly virus in which creates a number of vampires (ick!) named Virals. Think American FBI meet Shaun of the Dead. If you don't have time to read (tut) wait for the Hollywood film due out next year.

David Gandy

No words can explain how much i need to peruse over the beautiful man that is David Gandy in his  new book, published by Dolce and Gabbana, i think you'll agree when i say the photography speak for it's self.

Holy moly. I'm all a hot flush. This man is simply beautiful. Sadly he's taken, with bloody Molly from The Saturdays (insert much swearing), i'm next in line fyi.

Urban Outfitters

Say what! For a limited time you can save a whopping 15% at Urban Outfitters online with the code: UOSUN15 - the offer is valid until midnight on 14th July - aka tomorrow night. The discount applies to all sale items (whoop!), i for one will be snapping up some pretty home trinklets.

What a long ramble! Care to share any of your thoughts?
If you want to see more photos of Mr Gandy from his recent book, see here, and yes, there are naked ones.
